Home and Office Computers are no longer luxuries, they have become necessities!  And, yes, they can be very expensive!

But did you realize that there is an ongoing buying “rage” with regard to Desk Top Computers (PC’s), Laptop Computers, Computer Monitors, Speakers and Keyboards; all of which have been Refurbished.  This rage is quite simply the clamor resulting from the on-slough of thousands of seasoned and new P C buyers saving a huge sum of money.   It is not uncommon for the buyer of refurbished to save from 30 to 50 percent on computers and their related component parts such as the keyboard.

We’re not talking used here, as used items often have older and potentially outdated internal parts that may be “on their last leg” so to speak.  Typically, a refurbished computer will have an updated “motherboard” for example, as opposed to an outdated one in a typical used unit.

As the Brits say, “wind down your window” and consider this analogy: You’re shopping for a pre-owned Sports Car.  You’ve located two beauties on the same car lot that appear identical, and you’ve got the cash in hand.  Both are 3 years old and have the same price tag; however, one of the two has a relatively “new”rebuilt engine with less than 1,000 documented miles of use but both cars have 75,000 miles showing on their odometer. ‘Applied Rocket Science’ is not required for choosing the right car, correct?  Obviously you’d choose the car with the newly rebuilt engine! . .

Well, the same logic can be used when shopping for electronics.  Be it Computers (PC or Laptop), Printers & Cartridges, Cell Phones or even a pre-owned Automobile!  

As “quality” shopping goes, there is an alternative:  You could decide to buy new; but then that’d increase your capital outlay requirements by 30 to 50 percent  🙂 🙂 🙂
