Since space consists of three dimensions and time has a single dimension, “space-time” must, therefore be, four dimensional, which is generally called a “continuum”. And too, Scientists have long known it mathematically possible for a time travel machine to exist and given the right circumstance, to  disrupt the space-time continuum enough to go forward and or backward in time!

Oak Ridge Tennessee researchers years ago determined that during the process of establishing a Black Hole, extreme gravitational forces slow down or disrupt space & time which actually “bends time into a elongated circle”; a feat allowing a means to travel faster than the speed of light and therefore opening the door to traveling to-and-fro in time.

The initial purpose of Black Hole research was intended to assist in creating an “exotic matter material” capable of withstanding direct atomic blasts. With that critical task being accomplished, enter Miss Deloris “Dee-Dee” Chapman, granddaughter of Gatlinburg Tennessee’s own Top Commercial Realtor, Mr Dale Chapman. Dee-Dee, a promising Nano Development undergraduate student from the University of Tennessee (UT) in nearby  Knoxville is a guest research participant at the Oak Ridge Laboratory.  She was first to theorize that such “exotic matter material” could also withstand the extreme force created when bending the space-time continuum known to exist within Black Holes.

Promising to use only the “leftover” (less than 3.0 ounces) exotic material from a half dozen recent “batches” created for testing an atomic-blast-dome capable of shielding an area equivalent to a typical American Foot Ball Stadium, Miss Chapman persuaded a reluctant Oak Ridge Lab Committee to allow her 3 person team (all 19 year old second semester students at UT) to design and literately hammer out a crude two person capsule “covering” constructed entirely of the aforementioned exotic material.

Here, it is important to note that the above referenced “exotic material” (code named  “Exo-matter”) is extremely pliable or elastic like, more so than Gold.  It is clear, like a crystal white diamond and has a tensile strength 10,000 times that of titanium once “prodded” with a 240+ volt electrical surge for less than a single second. Titanium, by the way can withstand 63,000 PSI.  

And to, keep in mind that a single ounce of gold can be pounded thin enough to cover more than 9 square meters (96.9 square feet) of surface area. Sooo, only 2.93 ounces of  Exo-matter material was required to shape a crystal clear self contained ego-friendly environmental-friendly capsule large enough for “housing” two (2) “Time Travelers” whose names continue and may forever be withheld from the media － as was requested by the pair－apparently derived from fear of parental retribution for potential high risk activities.    

Regardless, the two Time Travelers described their one (1) hour and 53 minute experience as viewing the past 3,000 years or so as “a fast paced slide show”. However, they acknowledged that the visual experience while traveling across the fabric of time was limited to the location of their beginning. In other words, they only witnessed those events that occurred within view from the Oak Ridge Laboratory experiment site in the modern-day Oak Ridge Tennessee facility.

Currently, top secret Research and Development (R&D) is led by the Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) located in the high desert of northern New Mexico and the Wright Patterson US Air-force Base in Dayton, Ohio. Both operations are under the direction of a very busy semi-retired  Dr Robert Q Fugate who has worked for the U.S. Air Force since 1970 in the fields of atmospheric propagation, electro-optical sensors and detection, space surveillance and adaptive optics. Dr Fugate currently resides in New Mexico and grew-up in Dayton, Ohio.

The intent of the R&D is to design and build a flying machine that can be “plated” with the Exo-matter material being produced by the Oak Ridge facility. A seemingly easy task at first glance, but, the flying machine’s energy source must be capable of “harvesting” or “filling-up” during any given time period－be it 1963AD or 1963BC.  

A separate project that holds great promise for such an end is that of NASA’s ongoing Hydrogen Propulsion Research & Development Project (HPR & DP) which is hoped will convert basic Sea Water into a hydrogen powered propulsion fuel!
